Room III — The Bank

The Internal Market

Member-to-member exchange

The Internal Market is the trading post of the club — a structured place for members to offer to, and ask of, one another. Services, introductions, surplus capacity, off-market assets: anything that would normally pass through cold outreach instead passes through the room.

The Market runs on reputation. Every transaction is between named members; every offer is reviewable; every counter-party is accountable to the house.

The four quadrants

01

Services

Skills offered

Members post the work they do — legal, design, build, advisory — and accept commissions from inside the club.

02

Requests

What we need

Open briefs from the membership. Hire, source, find, fix — first surfaced internally before going to the open market.

03

Assets

Off-market listings

Property, vehicles, art, allocations — listed quietly between members before they hit a broker.

04

Introductions

Warm only

A formal request channel for member-to-member introductions, with a recorded reason and a recorded outcome.
